Kadaba: An incident where a husband committed suicide by hanging after killing his wife took place on Saturday afternoon at Alankaru Kaje under the Kadaba police station limits.
Dinesh, a native of Bajagoli who was running a hotel in Alankaru town, and his wife Sangeetha, a native of Siddakatte, were found dead.
It is suspected that the husband committed suicide by hanging after killing his wife. The couple lived together with their two-year-old baby girl.
The couple, who had left their hotel in Alankaru town a month ago, had returned to their rented house in Alankaru Kaje on the evening of June 19. On June 20, the couple was found dead inside the house, which was latched from the inside. Local residents mentioned that the two-year-old baby girl had cried and fallen back asleep.
Kadaba Sub-Inspector Jamburaj and personnel visited the spot and are conducting an investigation.
